Applying for the Sustainability Incentive

Conditions for Receiving Support:

• The establishment where the employee works must be registered in the Saudization program at the time of application submission.

• The employee must be registered in the Saudization program – phase two through their establishment.

• The employee must continue working in the same establishment for at least 13 consecutive months without interruption.

• The employee must not have previously benefited from the Sustainability Incentive.

• The employee must submit the application personally.

• The application must be submitted within 90 days from the eligibility date.

• The support amount is calculated based on: basic salary + housing allowance, ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 SAR.

• The bank account must be active and correctly registered in the system.
